Has anyone out there had to convert a GrADS dataset to rasters? I have not googled a straight forward solution. So far it looks like I need to download the GrADS software package and then use GrADS commands to write out the data to a NETCDF format. Once I get this in a NETCDF format, I have scripts to translate to raster dataset.
