Is there a way to alert ESRI of Imagery Errors?

I have recently noticed a one of the Topo quads is mosaicked with an entirely wrong Quad at the 1:24K level. Is there a way to alert ESRI/USGS/National Geographic of Errors like this?

Where did you see the errors? Can you send an example?
