Please help,
I have four different roadcenterline shapefiles from adjacent counties. I am merging them in order to perform a network analysis to create a service area. Because of where the service area is located, it can expand into all four counties.
I have merged the files together, but the edges (street ends) are not connected (the ends are slightly off at the county borders...or the program does recognize they are the same road). Because of this, the analysis does not work correctly. Does anyone know how I can have the streets connect to each other so the analysis will work correctly? Thanks!
I am using ArcMap 9.3 and 10.
