I have to plot current active hurricane, typhons, storms for Florida. I have used living atlas for this layer. But I also need to create a bubble or a heat map based on distinct count of user id that our agency has. The goal is to check the affected employee during a disaster and send help. I have a SQL table with employee details. Now I need to pull that sql table to ArcGIS and aggregate distinct count of user id for the heat map. I am new to ArcGIS and do not know how to achieve this.
Please help me.
