Is it possible to use report widget with a feature class published directly onto arcgis online as a feature service?

I created a blank point feature class on arcgis desktop and then published it onto arcgis online. This was shared publicly where people could add points to this feature class. Then I created a web app using this feature class to show the data shared. I want to use the report widget in the Web app using which people can point out erroneous information shared. 

Any suggestion how can I make the report widget work?
