Will Esri provide API/SDK for Blazor WebAssembly, like API/SDK for Silverlight?
Thanks for adding this idea. We do not have any current plans to support Blazor, but we're always open to new opportunities. Feel free to enhance this idea with use cases and business requirements to help us prioritize this need going forward.
Have you looked into GeoBlazor. I have heard of people using it with success.

Yes, I've looked into GeoBlazor and asked/suggested if it can work with Esri Calcite Components.
