Download http://js.arcgis.com/3.10/ and dependencies

Hello, im doing an investigation project, we are usind Django and Arcgis (im new to both, yey!)

We need to download http://js.arcgis.com/3.10/init.js   and all its dependencies to access to it locally, it has images wich i cant access to. Tried to use Bower but didnt find the repository either.

Can anyone help me? Is it possible to download the sources?

You can download it here SDK Downloads | ArcGIS for Developers

On the right of "Download for Hosting locally" you can change the version to the one you want to download.
