GeoTech Center Drone Educators Conference

The Conference will be held at West Valley College located in Saratoga, CA. The conference will run for two days, starting on March 14, 2024, and running through March 15, 2024. The registration page is located below in this document. This conference is designed for educators at all levels from around the country and the California region are welcome to register for the event. There will be no charge to attend this event. This event is open to students, faculty, and staff of West Valley College.
Faculty (Educators) attending the conference will receive a $700.00 stipend only upon completion of both days and the workshop survey.
- Day 1 - March 14th
- Keynote Speaker: Nicole Bonk Skydio Director of Flight Testing
- Morning Presentations: ESRI-Skydio
- Afternoon Workshops include Drone2Map, Pix-4D Cloud, Flight Demos, and Flight Experience.
- Days 2 - March 15th
- Keynote Speaker: Albert Lin, National Geographic Explorer
- Presentations and Workshops include: Emergency Response (Fire and Police), Utilities- (TBD), Transportation- (TBD), Agriculture- (TBD), and Drone Delivery (TBD)
