Installing ESRI Geoportal on same server as ArcGIS Server installation

Hi,

Is it possible to install the ESRI Geoportal Server on the same server that ArcGIS Server is installed on?
Are there any issues? Do I have to change the port on the server that ArcGIS Server uses?
Are there any other issues.
My version 9.3 ArcGIS Server is installed on a Windows 2003 Server operating system.
I would like to put ESRI Geoportal server on the same server box using the same operating system.

Please let me know.

especially if you have the .NET version of server this should not be an issue as you won't run into having multiple Java versions.
