Project Raster with multiple UTM zones?

Hi all,

I'm quite new to ArcGIS and stumbled upon an issue I can't seem to solve. I am using the Project Raster tool to change the coordination system of my file into UTM (Universal Transverse Mercator). However, as you may know, UTM is zone specific (meaning that the globe is divided into multiple UTM zones). Now my research area stretches over two different UTM zones (e.g. UTM Zone 21N and UTM Zone 22N). Does anyone know how to select multiple XY coordinate systems? Or is there a 'broader' UTM coordinate system that I can use?

Thanks in advance!

Albers or Lambert Conformal conic, depending on how far south you are.  The U.S uses the former and Canada uses the latter.

Some people suggest using the utm zone with the largest coverage for the projection, or even producing a custom UTM-ish projection by moving the central meridian to the middle of your E-W extent coverage.
