File Geodatabase and Silverlight API

Suppose you have Silverlight 5 (and if necessary, suppose you have the version of the ArcGIS API for Silverlight 5).  Is it possible to use the File Geodatabase API in a Client application based on the ArcGIS Silverlight API, to access client local File Geodatabase (without sending the data to the server)?

The File Geodatabase API and ArcGIS API for Silverlight have nothing in common.  If you were to
implement COM objects with C++ and FGDBAPI, then I suppose you could do anything you'd like.
The same would be true with the .Net wrapper, when it's released.  Either way, there'd be a good
bit of programming involved.
