I am receiving “The Fields collection contained multiple Global ID fields” error whenever I try to run the category corrosion model in the larger DIMP model.

I am trying to run the DIMP risk analysis model created by ESRI's Tom Dewitte.

Has anyone else had this issue and could you please share with me what I need to do to resolve this issue.

I was directed here by ESRI technical support as they stated "that there is no support from Esri Support for questions on this product".

I am running Desktop Advanced license 10.4.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
