Hello,

I am working with ArcGIS Server, Portal and Desktop 10.3.1.

I'd like to know if there's a way to turn off m-values when publishing a feature service in this environment. If m-values are not turned off, I am unable to edit the geometry of the feature class I publish. This documentation identifies a way to turn off (or insert NaN) where m-values are required, but this is seems to only be for versions 10.5 and 10.6.

The 6th step "Check the Allow geometry updates without m-value" does not exist in 10.3.1 ArcGIS Server Manager window.

I also do not want to get rid of the m-values setting in the database by following this documentation. I'd rather insert NaN values.

Has anyone found a way around this for when publishing services for editing in 10.3.1?

Thanks.
