Is anyone using the Storm Planning Risk Model for electric distribution? I was able to make it work with their data, but not with my data. First, it seems it has a memory limit, so I used only one substation. Second, I am trying to understand the values they choose inside of the algorithm and they make no sense to me. I would appreciate if someone can provide more information on these. What is the concept of it? I have to mention that I have Google for it and I have read and watched all the tutorials available in there.
