Processing multiple Raster iteration

I am trying to process multiple tiff files using model builder. I am using ArcMAP and specifically the iterate Raster function (see below). Unfortunately, when I run the iteration I get an error message

ERROR 999999: Error executing function. Failed to open raster dataset Failed to execute (Make Raster Layer). Failed at Fri May 22 08:59:11 2020 (Elapsed Time: 0.07 seconds

it also states that the tile file is not recursive.

Any guidance in terms of trouble shooting will be appreciated
