Map to KML- Need to show logo as screen overlay

According to ArcGIS Desktop Help a company logo can be displayed in Google Earth as a KML Screen Overlay. I am using the Map to KML Tool and cannot get this to work. My legend appears, but not the logo. Am I missing something? Does it matter how/where the picture is inserted? Does the picture format make a difference? Please help.

Sorry Becky, I cannot help you but maybe you can help me?  I am new to KML conversions. I cannot get my legend to display properly.  I have created one in ArcMap layout and it shows up in Google Earth as an empty gray box.  Are there some display settings you tweaked to get it to work?
