What map are you referring to?

Can you provide more information?

If you are in the US, this most likely is something to report to the 911 Addressing authority in your locality, which in some states is typically the GIS Manager of your County or City / Town government. As the 911 Addressing responsible party in my locality, I send the local Post Master updates and requests for corrections, and beyond that it all is up to USPS to update their information.

There are potentially many sources you may need to address. It also depends on who you are. I would do all of these:

  • OSM - edit the OSM data for your area. Make sure your address is in there correctly. Make sure you street and all connecting streets to a main artery are connected. Make sure all those streets are named properly
  • Google - make sure it is correct for your entire neighborhood. Either use the report error tool or better yet since you may be a GIS person, submit address and street corrections using the  Map content Partners. https://contentpartners.maps.google.com/portal/
  • Esri base maps- use their community maps app to submit corrections: https://communitymaps.arcgis.com/CMContributorApp/index.html

Other places, HERE!, TomTom, Bing all have ways to submit data and corrections. You may need to look into those as well.
