Whether you're implementing ArcGIS for the first time or expanding GIS access to new departments, success relies on people embracing your solutions. Fortunately, there are proven methods to gain adoption from the people in your organization.

At this year's Esri User Conference, you have four different options to learn about these proven methods. From quick overviews to in-depth group discussion to one-on-one appointments and ad hoc conversations, you can learn directly from Esri Services experts who have loads of experience working with your peers.

Get an Introduction to Adoption Strategy

If you're new to the concepts of adoption strategy, stop by the Esri Services area in the Showcase on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. A 20-minute spotlight talk will cover the adoption strategy methodology, with time built in for Q&A.

Dive Deeper

To gain a more in-depth understanding of adoption strategy and hear examples of success stories from your peers, attend the Adoption Strategies: Preparing Your Organization for GIS technical workshop (two offerings are available). In this interactive workshop, Esri Services consultants Georgie Trebizo and Michael Green will share strategies to drive faster adoption and maximize the number of people who engage. You can discuss ideas to activate your own adoption strategy with your peers in this collaborative session.

Talk with an Expert One on One

If you have specific questions and would like dedicated time with an Esri consultant, you can schedule an Esri Services appointment. This is a unique opportunity for an in-person appointment to review your current and planned solutions with the same Esri consultants who help hundreds of organizations turn their GIS vision into reality each year.

Chat with an Expert When It's Convenient for You

Visit the Esri Services area in the Showcase Tuesday through Thursday. Our experts are standing by and eager to have conversations with you, answer your questions, and hear about your vision, plans, successes, and challenges.

No matter how you prefer to engage, we wish you a productive and enjoyable EsriUC, and we hope to see you there!
