Hi - I would love to get more info or connect with someone regarding conducting a homeless population count in a big city. I work for a non-profit that exists to combat homelessness via both prevention and cure. As a starting point, we need an accurate census. I found ArcGIS when searching for homeless count solutions. What are best practices? How can ArcGIS and Survey123 help with the census? Are tools helpful in planning a count as well as in visualizing populations after the fact? What other questions should I be asking?
Down the line, we also plan to map shelters and housing in order to provide matching between person and facility,
