Extract objects from Raster

Hello Everbody!

I have a two hundred rasters some like that you can see in this below jpg.

But I want to extract the following objects,through a faster way for the 200 rasters that look like this.

Extract these polygons:

and these lines:

I appreciate any help, any tool, line of code or deep learning.
