How can I save/export .afr files onto a server

I have data that was delivered via a map package. Instead of having a bunch of people have to download this map package and take the time and space to unpack, I would like to export the data within it (6 rasters) to a network server, or any place that would allow me to easily share it.

The issue is that I can't preform a simple export because I need to preserve qualities of the raster that allow for all mensuration tools to be used on it.  I don't believe any of the formats that you can export a raster as ( BMP, ENVI, Esri BIL, Esri BIP, Esri BSQ, GIF, GRID, IMG, JPEG, JPEG 2000, PNG, TIFF) offer the ability to use all of the 3 mensuration tools I need available ( Base to top height, Top to shadow height, and Base to shadow height).

It seems I need to keep these rasters in this obsure .afr files that are burried into my C: Drive, but I can't seem to get them to save to the server, the links always seem to break and try to look back to the C: drive.

Any ideas?
