I developed an app that works fine on desktop. I created a deployment using the ArcGIS Runtime Builder and have it running on a Windows 8.1 tablet. The app runs and displays TIFFs and MPKs without issue in desktop, but when I load them into my app I see the file listed in the TOC, but nothing displays.
