Misclose ratio in Parcel Fabric

I'm creating a parcel based on a point of beginning, an end connection and a centerline. I create an offset on the centerline to form the parcel boundary. I'm joining the parcel to the fabric based on a control point at the beginning and ending connections. But the miscloseratio and distance look to be default values. How do I get the misclose information to be populated?
