Producing Block maps that Successively Select and Highlight Each Building

I have a project in which I need to produce individual sketch maps that highlight individual buildings on a city block. I have used data driven pages (using the centroid of each block as the reference point) to create 40 maps for the 40 blocks in the study area showing all buildings on each block. The desired output are 175 individual maps that show each block and iteratively highlight (in some manner) each building and have dynamic text on the page identifying the address and parcel number of the building of interest. I have done this manually (see image) but think there might be a less time-consuming way using data driven pages (or another technique) to produce what I'm looking for. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
