Measurement text in front of drawings

When using the line measurement options in the draw/measure panel. The measurement text goes behind the drawings and can make it hard to read. Can this be changed to draw in front, or have the option to choose if it goes in front or behind?

EDIT - this issue appears to be specific to version 2.3.2

@MarlboroughDistrict_Council - yip we have fixed this and it is available in an upcoming patch. We are addressing some other Draw / Measure items so want to loop them in before pushing this out. Touch base with your advisor / GIS support if you have any more questions but I will keep them in the loop as to when we can provide it.
