Add in Text Box option to the Draw/ Measure Tool

It would be good to add in a Text Box in the draw tool that can support multiline text and honours the extent when printing . A lot of our users use Local Maps to print out safety/ security notices for contractors. The user try to do this with the current tools but find it difficult and sometime the text goes outside the box when printing.
