I hope this is in the right place, Please move if not.
I'm trying to create something akin to a 'life map' for a group of people I'm doing a social research project with. I've got the hang of putting pins onto the maps but what I really want to do is have images from people's past which snap to those pins. I followed the help guide but I'm not getting the file browser part.
I tried putting image links in the pop-up connected with the pin but still don't see anything. I've tried configuring the pop-up, but I don't seem to be able to find that option on any layer name at all (I'm only using a basemap which is imagery with labels and one layer with is world street map).
Is this because I have a free account or is it because I'm a bit dense and have missed something? I'm not super technical so please bear with me if I don't understand responses straight away! I'm running a Mac on Safari 6.1.1. if that helps.
