I have many KML files that (100s) need to be converted to shapefiles. Using the Conversion Tools, the process creates a file geodatabase of the conversion with a feature class of the data and the feature class is given a generic
name (Placemarks_polygon). Is there a way to automate the changing/renaming of the feature class generic name to the same name as the file geodatabase name created during the conversion process?
