Line thickness is WARPED!

In Arcmap 10.2.2 I am using a 1.0 line thickness and a 0.10 line thickness for parcel lines and canal lines and they are showing up way too thick compared to the other users in my department.  Doesn't matter if I'm in layout view, or data view, editing or not.  Any suggestions? Rae

ps - we've just converted my computer from 32 bit to 64 bit and added Windows 8.

Well, we fixed it.  In my data frame under the general tab, I had a reference scale set, which was set at 55200.

As soon as we turned reference scale to none, it fixed itself.
