(I'm on arc map 10) I have a data set, one named population and the other Biocapacity. I have a layer of a base map. Can I produce a distorted image of the base map by distorting the size of the countries to show the different population i.e. larger population, greater area. I want to do this whilst producing a range of colours displaying the biocapacity data.
