I'm building an online story map and a dashboard to show the business characteristics (zoning, owner, tenant, assessed value) of properties along a commercial corridor, with plans to update the web layer as new businesses come online and spaces become vacant. Is there a way to build a model that takes the existing shapefile with previous data and join it with the updated csv file to overwrite the existing data as changes occur, then export that updated shapefile to an online story map?
