I can't give myself access to my esri. I purchased an Ark GIS Pro license, installed it, and registered with my Esri. But in the end, I don’t understand at all what’s what, I tried to take web training, but I don’t have all the functionality, for example, I can’t edit participants. In the section where I try to request additional rights, I am offered to contact myself, a message is sent to my email and that’s it. Over the past couple of hours, I've spent a fair amount of nerves trying to figure out how to deal with these endless permissions for myself. Please help, I'm tired of clicking different interface buttons.
