Creating an elevation profile

Being able to create an elevation profile is considered a core geographic skill in the New Zealand Geography Curriculum. The process of creating an elevation profile in ArcGIS Online has recently changed and this might be something that you want to let the teachers you mentor know.

To create an elevation profile in ArcGIS Online you no longer need to create a web app you can create an elevation profile directly inside the ArcGIS Online scene viewer.
