Related to Paul's navigation challenges, the Oriented Imagery Viewer is subject to limitations in navigating imagery. In particular, when there are multiple images in 3D (think building facade captured by UAS) stacked on top of each other. Another scenario would be a 3D scene with a 3D textured mesh of a bridge created combining 3D laser scans, scanner imagery, terrestrial DSLR imagery, and UAS imagery. Clicking on the model (similar to Esri's old building captured by oblique UAS imagery in the Oriented Imagery samples) bring up an image that corresponds to the location, but there is no real efficient way to navigate through the other images. This functionality would turn the Oriented Imagery Viewer into a powerful 3D inspection tool, similar to other commercial products currently available.
I specifically ran into the bridge example and had to procure additional non-Esri software.
