SiteScan Manager doesn't give you the flight details like the app does. The app tells you time, acreage and batteries needed. Why can't manager do that as you are planning the flight?
Also, when planning the flight in manager, you can not move rotate your flight path within the polygon. Pix4D allows you to rotate the flight path within the polygon to find the most efficient path for the drone to fly while also giving you all the details you need, like estimated time of flight and batteries needed.
