I'm researching to see if it is possible to add a new feature to a map on an Enterprise Site where it's shape and size is predefined...is this possible?
I'm envisaging that this is a little like The True Size Of ... website where one can drag a country polygon (i.e. of a set size and shape) and it's honour the projection etc...
Otherwise the workflow will be a little more disjointed for the user in question which will be along the lines of:
1. Select centroid
2. Create buffer around those points
