ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2: How does the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) work in case of multistorey buildings?

In case of multistorey buildings, the single point that represents the location of building carries the information of multiple floors.

How this can be managed to better apply the GWR?

since a multistory building is represented by 1 point, then you would have to aggregate the data to that point.

If you have relates, or joins to the point, then they are ignored

But what if the goal of the GWR is to predict individual apartments within the building? In this case, the concept of aggregation may not be meaningful, as the building contains multiple floors, and each floor may have multiple apartments

I don't know of any 3D GWR methods, which would be needed to separate coincident points in 2D by floor (ergo, height)
