ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2: How to predict the value of a new observation using the GWR?
The GWR-based prediction that represents house price is created. As the GWR establishes a prediction equation for each observation, then how the prediction for the price of a new house of known area and parking can be predicted?
For example, in the screenshot below, how the price of a house of 133 m2 and 1 parking can be predicted?
