The geostatistical methods in geostatistical wizard in geostatistical analyst toolbar is more advanced than this methods in spatial analyst or 3D analyst toolbox but running it in model builder is impossible? is any way to run this tool in model builder or available any tools more advanced than kriging or IDW in spatial analyst toolbox?
