I have a set of zip codes with population data. I would like to group these polygons into 150 polygons. In addition it would be even cooler to create 150 groups that have +/- the same total population.
I realize this is higher analysis available in Business Analyst extension, but I have ArcMap 10 with Spatial Stats and am hoping there is something there that would fit the job.
What do you recommend?
