Hi all,
I am currently attempting to perform a cluster analysis on some disease incidence data that I have. Many previous epidemiological studies have used a program called Satscan to get at any spatial clustering within the dataset. My question to all of you is, have any of you used this program before and how does it compare to the spatial stats tool in ArcGis 10. To me it seems as though the spatial stats tools are much more user friendly whereas Satscan requires much more data formatting and the results do not seem as clear.
Just looking for some opinions, if any.
