Geopackage arcs within ArcGIS Pro > 2.6

I have a question regarding the Geopackage Geometry circular arc within ArcGIS Pro 2.7:
Within the information it is stated that following geometries are supported:

If i open my Geopackage File within ArcGIS Pro 2.7, all true arcs are displayed as Polyline Z
In real it is a arc (FME)
Does anybody know where this issue is coming from? The arc geometry type within Geopackages should be supported within ArcGIS Pro 2.7.
