Attribute Assistant not loading

I'm trying to load Attribute Assistant into ArcGIS 10.4.1 from the address data management toolset and I'm receiving this error:  It won't show up in the toolbars even though when install it from the desktop it says "installation successful".  Any ideas?

I think the line about Add in version does not match might be the key.  Does the add in you downloaded explicitly mention v 10.4.1?  I don't know, just guessing....
