Crowdsource Reporter - Facebook auth not working in June 2016 Update

Curious if anyone else has Facebook Authentication set up for their Crowdsource Reporter apps? We recently updated our application to use the June 2016 release of Crowdsource reporter, however, we are having issues with our Facebook authentication (Twitter, Google+, and ArcGIS are working correctly).

Please let me know if you are experiencing the same issue, if you have an idea of what to check to resolve the issue, or perhaps someone knows of this being buggy behavior, etc.

Adding a new entry in FB's Developer settings seemed to correct our issue.
