My Government Services - ShowMyLocation Event

I am getting an error message of "Data not available for the specified address." with ShowMyLocation event in My Government Services application. The error shows in network computer, in public computer, and in iPad. I enabled GPS funciton in iPad and showed the same error. What could be the cause? Did I miss anything? Please help. Thank you.

Are you using the try it live version of the application, or your own implementation?

I am using the try it live version.

The current location functionality limits the return locations to the extent of the basemap (in the case of the Try it Live, its Naperville).  When you deploy the application with your basemaps (or choose to use the Community Basemap), this message will no longer appear.

Actually, I used the live demo template and implemented with our data. Could you check the link below and try out the locator? Thank you for your help.
