Hi, I am having trouble getting the Tax Parcel Viewer 10.1 to successfully generate property reports or property maps. I have published all of the maps and services and configured the app following the instructions provided herehttp://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/localgovernment/10.1/index.html#/Publishing_Tax_Parcel_Viewer/02.... Everything appears to be working except when i try to generate a report or map it appears to load for a few seconds then nothing happens. Does anyone know if there are certain fields that must be populated for the maps and reports to generate ? I have most of the fields in the pop up populated but I am missing a few. That is really the only thing I could think of keeping it from working. I should have report lab for python installed correctly because we have the Public Notification App up and running. If anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated.
