I have a development and production server versions of the my custom application based up the Election Polling Place template:

http://gis2.suffolkcountyny.gov/voterinformation/

They both use the same map services including this reference layer:

https://gisservices.suffolkcountyny.gov/arcgis/rest/services/SCVotingPrecincts/MapServer

The problem is the external version does not display this reference layer at all, the internal server version does.
Using Firefox/firebug I get a proxy.ashx error message which I will try to attach.
The weird thing is I have gotten the external version to intermittently to display this layer if I try it in Firefox, not in IE,
It takes 20 seconds to display though.
Any ideas?

Peter,

Were you able to resolve this issue?  I am having the same issue on 10.2.0.2, but with http.

Yes, with help from ESRI support.

I sent my code to the analyst and he sent me back his latest version that added some additional code including support for android which I did not have in my version.

I am not sure why his code was different as I thought I had the latest version.

Would you mind attaching the version that ESRI sent you?  I was able to get the viewer up and running, but it's still quite buggy.  I'm testing on Android and it appears that some of the functionality of the viewer itself is missing.
