Street centerline cross street table population

I'm looking for a method that would be supported in 10.1 that will populate a cross street table from my centerline.  I currently use a VB script from Arcscripts for this but need a replacement solution.  Has anyone done this?

I previously work for an Emergency 911 center and I used an ET GeoWizards tool called "Export Nodes" under the polyline tools.  This tool extracted intersecting nodes into shapefile and populated the attribute table with the street names at each intersection (node).  ET Geowizard is an extension and I can not remember if this feature is in their free version or not.  I believe the extension is somewhat cheap and you get a lot more tools than just this.  I do not know if there has been an add-on created for this type of functionality in ArcGIS 10.x.  Hope this helps
