Hi,
I am trying to do the "Loading Data Parcel Fabric" tutorial and some of the files will not open. I am having trouble with the "LocalGovernmentSchema" ArcGIS Layer Package specifically. When I try to open it in ArcMap - ArcInfo it gives me the error message "Could not open the specified file" and Error reading pacage contents. I have ArcGIS 10. Is there another way to access these files?
