DownloadPreplannedOfflineMapJob gets stuck downloading preplanned maps

I have an Webmap for which I have created a couple of preplanned offline areas and when I try to load the offline maps using DownloadPreplannedOfflineMapJob, the download is usually very slow and at times get stuck at 15% in most cases before it starts again after a few minutes. 

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Hi, would you mind sharing the version of the SDK you are using?

In 200.1 we had a bug that prevents more specific progress being reported between 15% and 92%, and that issue should have been fixed in 200.3 and above versions (issue 4032 for internal tracking). Please share more details, so we can debug further - maybe it's something that we still need to fix. 👀

In terms of slow download, it could be related to large amount of tiles and data. Try a more "zoom-in" scale and see if it improves, say level of detail around 20 - 21. If it still takes more than 1 minute in a normal network, it would be abnormal.
